Why should I get a coach?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Perhaps you have\u00a0been very successful. Perhaps you are\u00a0struggling with some challenges. Regardless, a coach can help you identify and\u00a0focus upon a path to move forward when you feel lost. A coach can challenge you to advance to the next level when you feel stalled. A coach can assist you to take\u00a0immediate action to tackle the challenges around you. Fundamentally, a coach is helping you develop new skills to be self-driven and empowered, and take critical\u00a0action when the situation calls for\u00a0it.<\/p>\n

This is very similar to professional athletes and\u00a0sports teams\u00a0—\u00a0they all need the support from their coaches to reach to the top. Can you imagine a professional athlete\u00a0competing without their coach? You can\u2019t reach the top without the support from the coach! Try\u00a0utilizing a coach as a critical resource for your\u00a0own growth, and the results will astonish you!<\/p>\n

How much does it cost?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hopefully it is not a surprise: it all depends on what you need and what critical support is required\u00a0to accomplish your goals. The fee may be based on the hours spent or a specific event to facilitate. For example, there may be a recurring one-on-one coaching session. The fee will be based on the hours spent. Or, there may be a specific topic to look into. In order to address the topic in a holistic way, an agreement of service may be drafted to provide a thorough resolution of the topic.<\/p>\n

The important thing to consider is the return of your investment. Initially, it may look like a lot of money. However, our experience has demonstrated that you will see the immediate results as soon as we start collaborating. You may feel break-even at the very beginning with your investment. As the time goes on, you will see the significant increase of returns through your investment. At some point, you will not feel the need to evaluate the return because you will already\u00a0know what the coach can do for you!<\/p>\n

How do I start?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Just reach out to us via email or a phone call, and we will go from there. Typically\u00a0we will start with\u00a0a meeting, either via phone or in person. This initial conversation is key to help us understand what you are looking for and how we can assist you. Additionally, this process helps\u00a0ensure\u00a0that we have\u00a0compatible goals and personalities so that our\u00a0collaboration will be\u00a0successful.<\/p>\n

We understand everyone is different and every situation is different. One of our\u00a0unique strengths is customizing a collaboration model, tailored specifically\u00a0for you.<\/strong><\/em> This is what separates us from other coaches and\u00a0consultants. There is no such thing as a “one-size-fit-all” or a fixed \u201c12 steps of success\u201d to follow. What do I need to prepare for the first conversation?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nothing. Whether you realize it or not, you probably have all the information you need to get started already!\u00a0 It is our job to extract it from you and make sense of it. \u00a0As we move forward, be aware that the coach is helping you and\/or your organization to be self-driven and empowered, to take the best actions. Actions generate results. Every action has its own rewards and consequences. Nothing is free. At the end of the day, you are responsible for taking the best actions based on your own judgements. Your coach is a great parter to help you\u00a0drive\u00a0toward to your own success!<\/p>\n
