The Manifesto for Agile Software Development is also a popular approach for enabling not only a quicker software development but a faster hardware development.<\/p>\n<p>There are lots of publications, tools, and\u00a0workshops to promote and to support these two methodologies. There are also plenty of people who coach and provide consultation on Lean\/Agile transformation. The reality is, most of them fail. There is no lack of positive intentions from these coaches or consultants. However, most of them don&#8217;t understand the true spirit of these two methodologies. Without realizing it, they fall into the trap of coaching you towards\u00a0the same old behaviors.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Our approach for enabling Lean\/Agile behaviors is different.<\/strong> <\/em>We do not recommend attending\u00a0a lengthy training or going through endless of documents.
